Our yoga studio & boutique are located on Captiva Island at the entrance of South Seas Island Resort (right next to Doc Fords Restaurant). We are open to the public.
As you pass the South Seas Resort main entrance sign, immediately take a right turn to park in the front lot. Look for the blue sign next to the entrance of Doc Ford’s restaurant. We are across the street from Starbucks Coffee.
Beach Yoga
Ambu Beach Yoga classes take place at Captiva’s Alison Hagerup Public Beach.
from outside the resort:
Take Captiva Drive all the way to the end of the island. The road runs directly into the Captiva Public Beach parking lot. Follow the path to the beach. We will be just to the right.

from inside the resort:
Beach yoga is located at South Beach (#30) on South Seas Island Resort maps. Many guests use the beach access at the Beach Villas area of the resort. Beach Villas is the property directly across the street from the resort reception office just inside the main front gate.

Students may park in the front parking lot of South Seas Island Resort. Then head towards Ambu Studio and look for the outdoor check-in area on the plaza to the left.
Kings Crown Lawn

Our specialty Yoga on the Lawn classes happen on the Kings Crown Lawn inside South Seas Island Resort at the north end of the island. You may drive. But we recommend walking, jogging or biking to class.
Non-South Seas guests will be able to enter through the main front gate of the resort. Just tell the gate attendant you are there for an Ambu Yoga class at King’s Crown. They will direct you where to go.
From the main front gate, head straight on South Seas Plantation Road to the roundabout. Turn right toward the Ship Store and Harborside Villas. You may park in the Harborside 1800 parking lot. (Available parking is not guaranteed.) Follow the Ambu Yoga sign to the King’s Crown Lawn. The pathway to King’s Crown is directly across from The Ship’s Store.
Kings Crown Lawn classes are open the the public.
