Where is my class located?
Are classes included in the South Seas Island Resort fees?
No. We are an independently owned and operated yoga studio. We offer a variety of class passes. Stop by and we would be happy to help you choose the best option. Click here to view our current pricing.
Can my child participate in Ambu Yoga's classes?
Students must be 13 years or older to participate in Ambu group classes. Participants under 18 must have a waiver signed by an adult. Please do not bring unattended children to class.
Can I reserve my space in class ahead of time? And how do I sign up?
Yes. We encourage our students to reserve their space ahead of time online. It will guarantee a spot in class when the island gets busy. And it helps students stay committed to their practice. You can click here to view our schedule and sign up online. We strongly encourage you to register online in advance.
Outdoor classes require pre-registration. We DO NOT do sign ups at the beach or Kings Crown lawn. You must sign up ahead of time to attend outdoor classes.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Students who pre-register for class and can not attend must cancel their reservation online a minimum of 24 hour prior to the start of class. Simply log into your MindBody account here. If you registered in person at the studio you will need to send an email to info@ambuyoga.com at least 24 hours prior to the start of class.
What happens if I make a reservation and don’t show up?
Students are responsible for their own attendance to class. We are unable to give refunds to anyone who reserves their space in class but doesn’t show up to attend. This policy applies to both individual and group reservations. Groups who make a reservation but only partially show up to class will not receive refunds for missing group members.
What if I don’t use all the classes in my class pass or membership?
Class pass and membership purchases are the sole discretion of the student. We do not give refunds for unused classes.
Can I use my class pass after it has expired? Can I share or transfer my classes?
Terms of expiration for class passes are firm, and can not be extended. Class passes are non-transferable and non-shareable. They are to be used by one student only and can not be transferred to anyone else.
How do I prepare myself for class?
For all outdoor classes, each student should bring a TOWEL to practice on, a SUN HAT, SUNGLASSES and WATER to drink. These are very important to protect yourself from the sun.
Read our class descriptions to be sure you understand which class you are taking. Wear athletic attire that will allow you to move and stretch comfortably (many male students like to layer briefs under their shorts).
You should hydrate before class, but we do not recommend eating more than a light snack before you practice.
Leave your worries behind and show up with a positive attitude and an open mind, ready to enjoy our island vibes.

Please review our class page to learn more about which classes are appropriate for your level. You are also welcome to stop by and talk to us at the studio.
What should I wear?
Wear athletic attire that will allow you to move and stretch comfortably (many male students like to layer briefs under their shorts). We do not recommend baggy clothing for heated classes. For SUP Yoga, you are welcome to wear regular yoga clothes or swim attire - whatever is most comfortable for you. If you are sensitive to the sun, a rash guard can be useful.
SUP Yoga
Will I fall in the water while doing SUP Yoga?
You might, and that's half the fun! SUP Yoga is more playful than your regular practice on land. Be prepared to fall in and have a good time doing it.
Do I have to register for SUP Yoga in advance?
Because we need to arrange the use of necessary equipment for our SUP Yoga classes, participants are required to sign up online or at our studio in advance. No drop-ins are available.
I've never been on a paddleboard before. Can I still take a SUP Yoga class?
If you don't have prior paddleboarding experience, let us know when you make a reservation. We offer a complimentary 15 minute SUP introduction before class. We strongly encourage students to take a beginner's SUP lesson from our partner and paddle sports gurus, Adventure Sea Kayak – mostly because it's fun!
Are the SUP Yoga classes canceled when there's bad weather?
In the case of bad weather, SUP Yoga and Bliss SUP Yoga Adventure classes will be re-scheduled or refunded. Cancellations are at the discretion of the instructor, and we will reach out to you with any related information. If you haven't heard from us and have doubts about the weather, call or text (239) 314-9642 or email info@ambuyoga.com.
What if I signed up, but can't attend?
Please let us know as soon as possible. In order to receive a refund, classes must be canceled with 24 hours notice.
